Getting to international status as an inline hockey player certainly requires a lot of training, an enormous amount of effort, and most of all - the determination to be a consistent player and team member.
Cairns Cyclones has had a number of its members compete at International level representing Australia many times over the years, both in the junior and senior divisions, and as at 2018 continues to be part of Australia's representation at a number of tournaments internationally. With roller sports gaining increased recognition, there will continue to be opportunities for players to train and participate at this elite level - all from our home base in Cairns.
The National Inline Hockey championships always has quite a few representatives on the Queensland teams at the National competition every year.
